Cancellation Policy

We believe in fair and flexible terms. If you need to cancel your monthly parking contract, you can do so at any time directly from your account dashboard.

Cancellations are calculated on a pro-rated basis: you will receive a refund for the unused days remaining in your current billing period. For example, if you cancel 10 days into a 30-day month, you will be refunded for the remaining 20 days.

Refunds are processed automatically and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
